As mentioned in previous posts, we’re taking steps to become Healthy Health Pros, through and through. For proof that we’re “walking the walk” (literally!), check out the picture below.

 Sure, it might look goofy, but choosing to get outside and have some of our meetings while taking a stroll around the neighborhood allows us to get some fresh air and get our hearts pumping, while still being productive workwise.

We’ve found that these walking meetings work best when limited to just 3–4 people. And we actually look forward to them! When was the last time you said that about a work meeting?
